Extended Warranty Coverage up to 120 Days (from invoice date)

Additional support up to 1 Year (conditional credit eligibility)

All warranty periods begin from the shipment or invoice date.

This warranty includes:

Return & Claim Policy

14-Day Return Window (Non-Defective Items)

If a product does not meet your application needs:

Request return within 14 days of delivery

Product must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Prior approval required with invoice reference

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

Invoice number

Part number / lot number

Detailed failure description

Submit:

Written claim within 30 days of defect detection

Official failure report and supporting documentation

Claim Resolution

If approved:

Product is repaired or replaced

Or full credit/refund issued

If not covered:
