All warranty periods begin from the shipment or invoice date.

This warranty includes:

General Warranty Terms
✅ Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
✅ Warranty is valid only if the invoice is paid in full
✅ ElectroTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
✅ Product suitability remains the responsibility of the customer
✅ Warranty terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada
✅ ElectroTech reserves the right to modify warranty terms for future transactions

Return & Claim Policy
14-Day Return Window (Non-Defective Items)
If a product does not meet your application needs:
✅ Request return within 14 days of delivery
✅ Product must be unused and in original condition
✅ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
✅ Prior approval required with invoice reference
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a claim:

✅ Invoice number
✅ Part number / lot number
✅ Detailed failure description
Submit:
✅ Written claim within 30 days of defect detection
✅ Official failure report and supporting documentation
➡️ Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
➡️ Ship product for inspection (customer covers shipping)
Claim Resolution
If approved:
✅ Product is repaired or replaced
✅ Or full credit/refund issued
✅ Return shipping covered by ElectroTech
If not covered:
✅ A replacement or repair quote will be provided
Extended Warranty (Up to 1 Year)
For failures occurring after the initial warranty period but within one year:
