Extended Warranty
ElectroTech’s Extended Warranty Policy:
This warranty applies exclusively to the purchaser of the product from ElectroTech and is non-transferable to third parties. ElectroTech is committed to remedying or refunding the purchase price within the warranty period, applicable solely to the purchaser. However, this warranty does not cover failures resulting from negligence, mistreatment, mishandling, misuse, exploitation, incorrect installation, or any use contrary to manufacturer specifications. ElectroTech is not liable for damages or losses, including punitive or consequential damages, related to product damage. Furthermore, the purchaser forfeits warranty rights if the product invoice is not paid in full by the specified due date. ElectroTech reserves the right to amend or terminate this warranty agreement at any time, with subsequent purchases exempt from this guarantee. The terms of this warranty are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
Warranty for Electronic Components:
If any electronic component sold and shipped by ElectroTech fails within 90 days of purchase, ElectroTech will replace the item or refund the purchase price. The warranty period begins from the shipment date from ElectroTech to the purchaser. To exercise warranty rights, the purchaser must submit a written claim within 30 days of rejection, along with an official failure report and a copy of the ElectroTech-issued invoice. All warranty claims must be sent to ElectroTech via email or mail to the address specified on the invoice. Upon issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receiving the product in satisfactory condition, ElectroTech may replace the product or credit the purchaser’s account with the invoice total. Claims submitted after 90 days but within the one-year warranty period may result in a credit to the purchaser’s account after verification of the failure report and return of the product.
