General Warranty Terms:
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product from ElectroTech and is non-transferable to third parties.
ElectroTech is committed to repairing, replacing, or refunding the purchase price of any eligible product within the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover product failures resulting from negligence, improper handling, misuse, mishandling, incorrect installation, or use contrary to manufacturer specifications.
ElectroTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from product failure.
Warranty coverage may be voided if the invoice for the product is not paid in full by the specified due date.
ElectroTech reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty agreement at any time. Such changes will only apply to future purchases.
The terms of this warranty are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Warranty for Electronic Components: ElectroTech offers a robust warranty specifically designed for electronic components to ensure customer confidence in our product reliability:
90-Day Standard Warranty: If any electronic component sold and shipped by ElectroTech fails within 90 days of purchase, ElectroTech will replace the item or refund the purchase price.
The warranty period begins from the shipment date from ElectroTech to the purchaser.
To initiate a claim, the purchaser must submit a written request within 30 days of detecting the defect. This claim must include an official failure report and a copy of the original ElectroTech invoice.
Upon receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the returned product in acceptable condition, ElectroTech will either replace the item or credit the purchaser’s account for the invoice total.
Extended One-Year Warranty:
For electronic components that fail after the initial 90-day period but within one year of shipment, ElectroTech may offer account credit following verification of the failure report and inspection of the returned product.

Stringent Quality Control: Each component is inspected and verified for authenticity, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Traceability: All parts are sourced from trusted suppliers, and detailed records are maintained to provide full traceability of product origins.
