ElectroTech Extended Warranty Policy:

This warranty is applicable solely to the purchaser of the product from ElectroTech and is not transferable to third parties. All rights under this warranty are non-transferrable, and ElectroTech’s responsibility to remedy or refund the purchase price within this warranty applies exclusively to the purchaser.

The warranty does not cover failures resulting from the purchaser’s negligence, mistreatment, mishandling, misuse, exploitation, incorrect installation, or any utilization contradictory with the manufacturer specifications. ElectroTech is not liable under this warranty for any damages and losses, including punitive or consequential damages, related to product damage. Additionally, the purchaser forfeits warranty rights if the invoice for the product is not paid in full by the specified due date. ElectroTech reserves the right to amend or terminate this warranty agreement at any time, with subsequent purchases exempt from this guarantee.

The terms of this warranty are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Warranty for Electronic Components:

If any electronic component sold and shipped by ElectroTech fails within 90 days after the purchase date, ElectroTech will replace the item or refund the purchase price, subject to the following terms and conditions:

(i) The one-year warranty duration begins from the exact date on which the product was shipped from ElectroTech to the purchaser.

(ii) To exercise warranty rights, the purchaser must provide the following documentation to ElectroTech within thirty (30) days from the rejection date: – A written claim or notice advising ElectroTech of the purchaser’s intent to invoke the warranty rights, clearly referencing the rejected product under warranty. – A credited and official failure report in writing detailing the reason for visual or functional rejection, along with supporting photos/documentation, and a copy of the ElectroTech -issued invoice for the disputed product.

(iii) All warranty claims must be sent to ElectroTech either by email to the account manager of the purchaser or by mail to the address stated on the issued ElectroTech invoice for the product under warranty.

(iv) After issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to the purchaser, and upon the product’s return to ElectroTech under warranty in satisfactory condition, ElectroTech may replace the disputed product or fully credit and reimburse the purchaser with the total amount of the invoice.

(v) If a claim is submitted after the 90-day period but within the one-year warranty period, and a solid failure report is presented, ElectroTech will guarantee a credit on the purchaser’s account with the same value paid for the proven damaged or malfunctioning goods. This credit will be applied after verifying the test report and receiving the parts back.
