ElectroTech Global provides a comprehensive warranty program for electronic components. Coverage includes a standard 90-day warranty, extended up to 120 days from invoice date, with conditional support up to one year

subject to verification.

General Terms

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
• Valid only if invoice is paid in full
• ElectroTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada
• Terms may be updated for future transactions

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Failure under normal operating conditions
• Verified non-conforming components

• Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Use outside manufacturer specifications
• Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning)
• Software compatibility or integration issues
• Application-specific performance limitations

Non-defective items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition, subject to prior

approval. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Warranty Claim Process

• Submit invoice number, part details, and failure description
• Provide written claim within 30 days of defect detection
• Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• Ship item for inspection (customer pays shipping)

Claim Resolution

If approved, ElectroTech will repair, replace, or credit the product value. If not covered, a replacement quote will

be provided.
