We are pleased to offer our customers a 120-day limited warranty extension on all purchased components, effective from the original invoice date.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions. Faulty parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no additional cost within the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to mishandling, misuse, improper installation, or insufficient maintenance
• Natural disasters (e.g., flood, fire, lightning)
• Compatibility or performance issues with the customer’s application
• Software functionality or integration

If a component does not meet your application needs, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Before returning, please contact us with the invoice number and product details for approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team and provide full details (including serial/lot number and failure description).
2. Ship the item to our service center (shipping at the customer's expense).
3. If the item is deemed covered, we will repair or replace it and cover the return shipping.
4.  If the issue is not covered, we will provide a replacement quote before proceeding.

We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses caused by product failure. It is the customer’s responsibility to validate component suitability before use. This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
