ElectroTech Return Policy

Buyers may return damaged or defective goods by obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from ElectroTech within 30 days of receiving the goods. The RMA number must be listed on all packaging containing returned goods. Failure to request an RMA within 30 days or requesting an RMA for goods that are not damaged or defective may result in refusal to issue an RMA or imposition of a restocking fee at ElectroTech’s discretion.

Obtaining an RMA Number

Please contact your account executive for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product to ElectroTech. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To expedite the process, please have the following information ready when requesting an RA number: customer name, order number, item number, serial number, and reason for the return.

Non-Defective Products

ElectroTech may accept returns of non-defective items at its discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. Late, non-defective, or incomplete returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be refunded the lower of the purchase price or current product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. ElectroTech will cover shipping charges for replacement or exchange products. We recommend choosing a shipping company with tracking capabilities and fully insuring your return shipment against loss or damage.

A minimum restocking fee of 15% may be applied to products returned as defective but found to be operational upon return.
