Wire Transfers (Preferred Payment Method)

ElectroTech strongly encourages wire transfers as the primary payment method for secure and efficient transactions. Wire transfer details are provided on your invoice. Please note that wire transfers may incur additional fees.

Purchase Orders (PO) with Net Terms

For qualified business customers, ElectroTech accepts purchase orders with flexible Net terms of 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on credit approval. Contact your Account Manager for details on eligibility and terms.

Credit Cards

ElectroTech accepts major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your item is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For security reasons, orders shipped to an address different from your billing address may require additional verification. Cards linked to checking accounts may undergo lengthier verification processes and may have daily limits.

Digital Payment Solutions

To enhance convenience and security, ElectroTech offers the following digital payment options:

• PayPal: A widely accepted and trusted platform for secure payments.
• Apple Pay & Google Pay: Fast and secure payments directly from mobile devices or supported browsers.

Delivery Terms:

ElectroTech offers multiple delivery options to meet diverse customer requirements:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Available upon approval. We manage all costs and responsibilities, including import duties and taxes, ensuring seamless delivery to your location.
• FOB (Free On Board) – Customers can arrange their own shipping from our designated warehouse once the goods are ready for pickup.
• Free Shipping – Available upon approval for select orders. Contact your Account Manager for details on eligibility.

Order Processing:

Each order must be credit approved and transmitted to the shipping warehouse and all quantities are checked more than twice before the cutoff time of that warehouse location. Same-day shipping cutoff times vary by warehouse location and may range from 2:00pm EST to as late as 10:00pm EST. Orders approved after the applicable warehouse cutoff time will ship the following business day. Additionally, orders placed on Sundays for in-stock items will ship the following Monday.
